Event Cancellation Policy:

More than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus Eventbrite fee.
2-6 days before the event: 50% refund minus Eventbrite fee. 
Within 24 hours of the event: No refund; however, WMN reserves the right to review requests based on circumstances.

In the case of an event cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, WMN will communicate refund or rescheduling opportunities via email as soon as possible. Please be sure to follow WMN social media channels for up-to-date event information.
