Aaron Rublein is an accomplished Product Marketing Manager with extensive expertise in process automation instruments, sensors, and control equipment for the energy sector. Known for his data-driven decision-making and collaborative approach, Aaron delivers transformative product portfolio enhancements and excels in cultivating customer relationships. His experience with global technology and manufacturing firms highlights his ability to lead cross-functional teams, implement impactful eCommerce initiatives, and optimize product offerings. Apart from his professional career, Aaron actively supports LGBTQ+ community organizations in Houston. He holds an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota.

Hilda Garcia is a dynamic marketing professional with a rich background in digital and channel marketing, particularly in the tech, healthcare, and non-profit sectors. With extensive experience in both agency and corporate environments, she excels in strategic marketing communication, brand awareness, and sales conversion. Currently, she serves as a Product Marketing Operations Manager at Kforce Inc. Her expertise includes design management, media planning, market research, content development, and relationship management. Hilda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University.

Sidney Schmitz

Sidney Schmitz is a dynamic professional known for energizing teams, streamlining collaboration, and executing high-impact sales events that deliver measurable results. She brings a unique blend of operational rigor, project management, and people-first leadership to every initiative. Sidney has led global event strategies, optimizing budgets and engagement across markets. She is passionate about building connections both in the workplace and the community. A graduate of the Texas McCombs School of Business, she also volunteers with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and Friends for Life Animal Shelter.

Andrea Corso

Andrea Corso is a finance and business leader with 25+ years in commercial banking and as a Fractional CFO. She has led multi-market teams, managed billions in deposits and lending, and partnered with CEOs and CFOs to solve complex cash-flow and capital-structure challenges. Known for turning around underperforming teams, strengthening portfolio quality, and driving consistent growth, she has been recognized as a top division leader in banking. As a Fractional CFO, Andrea brings practical, client-side insight—building rolling cash-flow forecasts, restructuring debt, tightening receivables, and preparing lender-ready packages. This experience enables her to bridge operational needs with bankable outcomes for small and mid-sized businesses. She holds an MBA from Webster University, a BS from Indiana University, and certificates in Strategy (Harvard Business School, 2025) and Commercial Credit (Omega Performance).

Rebecca Wells
Membership & Engagement Director
Rebecca Wells is passionate about helping people push past perceived limits and discover what they’re capable of. She brings that same energy to her work as a success coach and founder of Flow Coaching Services, where she partners with individuals and teams to create thoughtful, achievable plans aligned with their goals. Her background spans coaching athletes across multiple sports, more than 20 years in education as both a classroom teacher and administrator, and serving as Senior Managing Director of a software company. Outside of her professional work, Rebecca enjoys planning her next travel adventure, tending to her ever-growing monstera plant, and spending time with her family. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Texas through the highly selective UT-CULP (Collaborative Urban Leadership Project).

Emily Clark
Community & University Relations Director
Emily Clark is a talent development professional specializing in learning, engagement, and data-driven program design. She is known for building inclusive, high-impact experiences that support early-career growth and strengthen long-term talent pipelines. Emily currently oversees North American intern programming focused on immersive learning, mentorship, and career readiness at Halliburton. She is passionate about mentoring students and early-career professionals and regularly speaks on career development, personal branding, and navigating the job search. Emily holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Communications from the University of Idaho.

Natalie Holden

Natalie (Navellier) Holden holds the position of Director of Business Strategy at Morgan Stanley. She is responsible for enhancing the client experience and ensuring that the highest level of service is provided. Natalie collaborates with the team to develop and implement investment recommendations. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Natalie worked as a Regional Vice President at Touchstone Investments and served as a client service associate for a wealth advisor at Gratus Capital Management, a registered investment advisor. Natalie has an MBA in International Business from Xavier University and a BA in Economics from Emory University.
