Elena Sarango-Muniz
Elena is an executive and leadership coach with more than two decades of experience as a global HR leader, who works with senior-level leaders who want to retain top talent and eliminate the headaches of constant turnover. She has worked in various industries and has helped hundreds of leaders all around the world. Her unique coaching style not only transforms individuals but also their teams and their cultures. Elena is also a keynote speaker and fractional HRD.
Solu Nwanze
Solu Nwanze is a visionary and transformative executive for world-leading technology companies, including Zendesk and Adobe. For two decades, she has delivered unparalleled outcomes through cross-functional leadership and strategic advisory in areas such as operations, GTM, people, strategy and product.
Solu is an invaluable People + Operations advisor to CEOs and Boards. She is recognized for strategic leadership in driving business evolution, scaling operations, and fostering organizational excellence. With an engineering and MBA background, she brings a breadth and depth of rich expertise having also been certified in ADKAR change model, OKR goal setting, Agile SCRUM, executive coaching, organizational & team coaching, and various leadership assessments.
Angie Wright
Angie Wright is passionate about helping people work together via coaching, consulting and facilitation. She is experienced working in global, larger organizations in roles related to human performance and management, including talent acquisition across all levels of leadership, mergers & acquisitions across international boundaries, enterprise management, software integration for HR, training and leadership development. Angie knows successful organizations not only need to be profitable, the people driving that organization need to feel valued, heard, and integrated into the solutions. Angie is driven by seeing positive results for clients. She enjoys facilitating workshops to maximize awareness, alignment, and action. She encourages each person to engage and participate to the best of their abilities. An experienced, neutral facilitator allows for collaboration and support within the team, which is key to meeting goals and business success. She brings over 15 years of professional, global business experience, and has worked in the manufacturing and technology industries. She currently holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. She also facilitates Insights Discovery Assessments and supports multiple psychological evaluations. As a coach, Angie excels in gaining her clients’ trust and working together to identify the root of challenges they face and opportunities to overcome them. She is currently in the process of earning her Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Christina is a women’s leadership coach with over 25 years of global experience in coaching and developing people, driving strategic change, and transforming HR. She has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies and high-profile organizations throughout her career. Passionate about empowering women, Christina is the founder of a professional women’s network and specializes in helping women accelerate their careers and elevate their leadership.
